TSBG runs own autonomus system (AS) and BGP sessions to Internet providers who are international class carriers like Cogent, Deutche Telekom and local providers like NETERRA, MTEL, Bulgartel and Blizoo.
TSBG is committed to providing, via partner’s service provider networks a reliable, high-quality Internet Access as part of this Agreement. If Customer experiences Network Unavailability,
Customer will receive, at Customer’s request, Service Credits as described in the Agreement.
TSBGs Outage Notification Guarantee is to proactively notify a Dedicated Internet Access Customer within 15 minutes after TSBG determines that Customer’s Service is unavailable. TSBG’s standard procedure is to ping the Customer’s equipment every minute. If Customer’s
equipment does not respond after ten consecutive ping cycles, TSBG will deem the Service unavailable and will contact Customer’s designated point of contact by a method elected by TSBG (telephone, email, fax, or pager).
